As compared to earlier times where competitions were quite less, today it is the main cause of stress & weakening of relations. for. ex. out of 100 students, earlier when few of them were in 80-90% category, today maximum of them are scoring such marks. Therefore there is strong need to understand & realize the changing environment & deal with children accordingly.
2. Time Factor
The biggest challenge with parents today in dealing with their growing children is "spending quality time alongwith" In times where both husband & wife are working, a gap of expression comes between them & children. we need to learn how to cope up with such constraints.
3. High Expectations
"Expect less, stay happy" has been an old proverb now. In 21st century, every parent is bounded by high expectations & so are their children. with quickly changing technology, social media & awareness level, it becomes priority to manage with desires & facts & to figure out the real potential in any student or growing child. Parent's are the first teacher of any student/child & they need to do their homework(self analysis) before dealing with future einsteins or Bill gates.
